Since its creation in 2011, the Salon du Chocolat, des Vins et de la Gastronomie de Hyères has become a not-to-be-missed event for all lovers of flavors, terroir and gourmet pleasures.
Each year, it brings together craftsmen, producers, winemakers and designers to share their know-how and passion. Held at the Forum du Casino de Hyères, in the heart of the Côte d'Azur, the show celebrates the pleasures of taste and conviviality in a warm, festive atmosphere. This year marks the 15ᵉ edition of this unique event, which will be held from February 13 to 15, 2026, during Valentine's Day weekend - an ideal time to savor, discover and share.
