From the youthful Scherzo (his first official opus) to the testamentary Symphony No. 15, in which the composer enjoys quoting here and there some famous pieces by Rossini, Glinka, and Wagner, including the essential Piano Concerto No. 2, which he dedicated to his own son, they allow us to rediscover a whole very personal, virtuoso, and lyrical universe.
