On Thursday, September 11, the Ciné-club de Beausoleil will have the honor of screening Ridley Scott's historical film 1492: Christopher Columbus, with the exceptional presence of its writer and producer Rose Bosch.

Ridley Scott's monumental fresco retraces the epic story of Christopher Columbus, from his departure from Spain to the discovery of the New World. Between maritime adventure, power struggles and a meeting of civilizations, 1492 blends history, political issues and personal quest. A great human adventure, sublimated by the images and spellbinding music of Vangelis.

After the screening, we'll have the chance to chat with Rose Bosch in what promises to be a fascinating debate.
