Driven by a uniquely playful and poetic energy, it reinvents the digital environment to better blend acrobatic acts, urban dance, and new technologies in an intergenerational show conceived as a visual odyssey.
For over thirty years, the Quebec troupe's shows have won the admiration of audiences around the world. Its performance, ID Evolution, celebrates Street Art culture with the inventiveness and passion that characterize its DNA, projecting us into a futuristic universe with breathtaking scenography. Nothing is left to chance: neither the technical prowess of the ten artists, nor the sequence of acts (trial bike, hand-to-hand, Cyr wheel, Chinese pole, trampoline, etc.) nor the choreographic dynamics (breakdancing, hip hop); nor the video mapping or lighting design. Everything is perfectly timed to ensure total immersion. Each scene sparkles with thrills, each landscape challenges our vision of the world, because beyond the spectacular tableaux, it is about the loss of our bearings in a public space with blurred contours. The city, a place of encounters and passages, exacerbates relationships, feelings, anonymity... in life or, as here, at the heart of a living comic strip.
