The Sailing Club of Saint-Cassien is located in the Côte d'Azur Regional Center, in the territory of Montauroux close to the banks of the St Cassien Lake.
The first time :
Be cool, relax, everything will be ok !!
Do you want to try the rowing ? Great ! You've chosen a really nice Club for this !
Come to the club on Wednesday or on Saturday at 9 am. You will find the informations you need to start and you could even try the activity right away on a small skiff. For your very first outing, we recommand you to take : a running trunks or cycle shorts ( no roomy clothes )
A close-fitting t-shirt (idem)
Sport trainers that don't take on water
A bottle of water
A fleece jacket if it's cold
In Summer, make sure you have some sun protections ( hat, cap, sun cream, sunglasses )
