Country-style buffet featuring local and eco-friendly products at the Conservatoire-Jardin de la Châtaigneraie d’Isola

On the menu: socca made with spent grain, a speciality of the Kamous brewery, and pissaladière from the artisan bakery in Isola, a platter of charcuterie and cheese from the Chastillon dairy, a member of Mercantour Ecotourism, Les Herbes Folles spreads made with local produce, and chestnut desserts from the AFA.
Drinks: Isola cocktail with Kamous beer, non-alcoholic Isola cocktail, Isola apple juice, flavoured waters.
Buffet limited to 30 people - Workshop and buffet offered by Mercantour Ecotourism with the participation of the municipality.
