This new exhibition at the Museum of World Explorations invites us to reflect on the divinized image of women, from prehistory to the present day, from Europe to Asia and Africa.
Ishtar/Innana, Isis, Venus, Kali and Lilith have always inspired artists and given rise to a multitude of interpretations. Fertility, maternity, sexuality, creation and destruction are just some of the subjects addressed in the exhibition, testifying to the plurality of feminine power.
