Next to the Collegiate Church of Saint-Paul, this medieval residence located within the village walls, on the eastern ramparts, was the living quarters of the Canons until 1833. A former presbytery spread over three levels, the flat on the top floor overlooks the cloister garden and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains, the baou of Saint-Jeannet and the Mediterranean Sea. In the absolute calm, a feeling of peace and serenity invades us as soon as we cross the door step....
