The ground floor comprises a veranda ideal for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a living room with access to a large terrace. The air-conditioned living room, with sofa bed, and terrace overlook the residence's garden, while preserving your privacy thanks to the trees and hedges. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The south-facing bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) with ample storage space. The other has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and opens onto a balcony. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. There is also another shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet. An adjoining storeroom is available for storing any sports equipment (paddleboards, mountain bikes, surfboards, etc.). We also provide 4 bicycles for your use: 2 adult bikes, 2 children's bikes, 20 and 24 inches.
In the residence, just a few steps from the house, you can take a dip in the swimming pool measuring 12 m x 20 m, or sunbathe in the deckchairs. A boules pitch and a covered area are available for activities. La Péguière sandy beach 700 m away, coves 300 m away, bakery opposite, takeaway pizzas 150 m away, shops and restaurants in Port Santa Lucia 700 m away.
