The Festival de l'Écotourisme takes place in the heart of the Southern Alps, on the French-Italian border, in an unspoilt natural environment between peaks and valleys. Organized in conjunction with the cross-border dynamic promoted by the European Ecotour project, it celebrates a territory without borders, where cooperation, gentle mobility and respect for the living world set out a new horizon for travel.
On the program: local producers' and craftsmen's markets, participatory workshops on ecology and well-being, nature events, conferences, open-air shows and collective highlights. Each event highlights local know-how, sustainable initiatives and committed players on both sides of the border.
The detailed program is currently being drawn up and will be unveiled shortly. It will be enriched by new cross-border collaborations and highlights designed for all audiences.
More than just an event, the Festival de l'Écotourisme is an invitation to discover a grandiose but fragile region in a different way, to take the time to exchange ideas and to imagine together a more humane, gentler and more responsible form of tourism.
