Determined to pursue its vocation of supporting the emerging local, national and international art scene, Espace à Vendre continues to combine the work of artists supported since 2004 with that of guest artists.
Established at its beginnings in 2004 rue Assalit in a premises of 18m2, the gallery "Espace à vendre" invested in 2006, 100m2 near the MAMAC.
Bertrand Baraudou, its director opened a second space in 2008 in the Marais district of Paris in order to offer unprecedented visibility to the emerging artists he defends.
In April 2011, the Espace à vendre took up residence a stone's throw from the Gare de Nice, participating in the renewal of the Libération district and the plastic arts of Nice. Today, the gallery rue Assalit benefits from a unique place with 4 spaces: an exhibition room with a gable on the street, a showroom, an adjoining courtyard creating a link with a new space of 130m2 for a total surface area of 250 m2.
