Special opening on Sunday, September 21, 2025.
The palace of the Sardinian kings was built on the plot of land where the ducal, then royal, palace stood from the mid-16th to the 19th century, when the county of Nice came under Savoyard, then Sardinian, rule. A building steeped in history in Vieux Nice, it now houses the ceremonial rooms of the prefect and president of the departmental council.
