Family constellations allow us to explore the dynamics of relationships and families, and to shed new light on certain life situations.

What if your family history could shed some light on certain situations in your life?

Family constellations offer a systemic and symbolic exploration approach that enables you to observe certain relational and family dynamics and take a fresh look at a personal situation.
This workshop offers a respectful and confidential space to step back from certain situations and open up new avenues of understanding.

Group workshop
Led by Florent Ferres - Certified Gestalt Therapy Psycho-practitioner.
Individual 45-minute session included for those wishing to pose their constellation.

You can participate:
- by posing your constellation
- or as a representative in the constellation of another participant

The family constellations proposed in this workshop are a process of personal exploration with a symbolic aim and do not replace medical or psychological treatment.
