Mr Raymondo grows 4,000m2 of red berries on his "La Dorgane" farm in the commune of La Bollène-Vésubie. He processes his fruit into organic jams and syrups. He also keeps around a hundred laying hens.

The Petit Marché Rural de Roquebillière offers its colorful stalls from April to November on the town hall square in Roquebillière. Well-known and recognized in the valley and beyond, it has become an unmissable treat for loyal and occasional visitors to Roquebillière every Tuesday from 7.30am to 1pm.
