A gentle kick-off to the festivities. From 3:30 p.m., the foodcourt comes alive with strolling sweet tastings, a 4-piece live band and children's entertainment: balloon sculptures and wooden games. A personalized photobooth is available to immortalize the moment - photos printed on site or sent by e-mail.

PAN BAGNAT COMPETITION
Saturday, April 18 - 11:00 am - 1:00 pm - Free entry, 10 teams of 1 to 2 people
A convivial gourmet challenge based on the symbol of Niçoise cuisine. Under the guidance of a host, participants make their own pan bagnat, before submitting it to a jury made up of local gastronomy experts and a representative from NICETOILE. FESTIVE & FAMILY BRUNCH BY CLUB SONORE

The foodcourt is transformed into a living space for a Sunday. The Club Sonore collective from Nice will be providing a continuous electro-chill DJ set from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., while the shops will be offering a special brunch. A Kid's Club with fairground stands and wooden games is dedicated to children, supervised by an activity leader. For the whole family.

CAKE DESIGN ASTRAL
Monday, April 20 - 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm - Free admission, no registration required, subject to availability.
A workshop as creative as it is delicious. Guided by a cake designer, participants create their own individual mini-cake in the colors of their astrological sign. Allow around 45 minutes per participant. Everyone leaves with their own creation. Welcome by the river.

THE EDIBLE GARDEN

A moment of sensory discovery around edible plants. The workshop invites young and old to explore the world of microgreens: origins, seasonality, culinary uses. CREATIVE PAINTING WORKSHOP WITH LÉA VANDEVELD

To round off the week in style, Nice-based French-Belgian painter Léa Vandeveld hosts a painting workshop unlike any other. In keeping with her eco-responsible approach and her "Make-up for Art" concept, she invites you to create with natural pigments: coffee, turmeric, hibiscus, beet, spirulina, cocoa...
