Pruning a fruit tree is a skill that requires a thorough knowledge of the species' way of life and the particularities of the different varieties. In addition to pruning, we'll cover planting rules, maintenance, pests and harvesting.
Meeting point :
- either at 9 a.m. at the Teilles parking lot in La Garde-Freinet, for car pooling to the Miremer site. If possible, bring a tall car, as the only access road is a dirt track.
- or at 9:30 a.m. directly to the Conservatoire de figuiers de Miremer (beware, it's a dirt track).
Picnic lunch on site.
Bring a picnic, good shoes and pruning shears.
