The flat is located on the 3rd and top floors of a small, recent Provençal-style building, facing south-west, with views over a private courtyard (large palm tree) and westwards towards the hills. Large bay windows provide plenty of natural light. Large 15 m² terrace. Very comfortable, quiet and secure. In addition to the large bedroom, it has a fold-down double bed (140cm) at the entrance to the large living room. There is plenty of free parking nearby, as well as access to the building's garages for luggage, via the lift. The location of this flat means that you can take advantage of both the shops, etc., on foot, and the superb beaches 3 km away overlooking the Golden Isles, possibly via the cycle path. A private garage in the basement is available, as well as a protected space for bicycles.
