The flat is located on the first floor (no lift, 16 steps) of the Super Croisette Miramar residence, a secure residence.
To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal a whole host of facilities detailed in the list provided for this purpose. Air conditioning and a number of fans will make your stay even more comfortable, as will a washing machine and dishwasher.

The 3 bedrooms are equipped with 140*190 double beds.
Bedroom 1 is the largest, with the option of adding an umbrella bed.
Please note that bedrooms 3 and 1 have the same entrance (see photos)

You'll love the loggia with its sea view, perfect for romantic breakfasts or aperitifs with friends. You may also have the chance to admire the magnificent fireworks on 14 July and 17 August. Fired right out over the sea! Unforgettable!

All the living areas are interconnected, allowing everyone to have their own space and still be together.
You'll also find a few beach games and board games...

There are no parking spaces directly inside the residence, but there is a large public car park, free all year round, directly outside the residence. No parking problems even in July and August.
There is no bicycle storage.

Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.

This accommodation is intended for a maximum of 6 occupants.

Bed linen and household linen are not provided.

The flat is not suitable for wheelchair users.
