Le Fly deck is a restaurant where creative, home-cooked cuisine is created according to what's available. Chef Patrick Boronad brings out the best in island-grown produce. A varied menu of local and international dishes is served in a friendly atmosphere. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, except during the summer season. From late April to late September, a catering service, takeaway meals and picnic baskets are available at lunchtime.
