Formation niveaux de plongée sous-marine

If you've enjoyed your first dive and would like to discover scuba diving both theoretically and practically, come and take the first Level 1 training module.

Being a Level 1 diver means being able to dive :
-in all the world's seas and lakes
-in groups of up to 4 divers
-up to 20 m supervised by a Level 4 diver (minimum).

But it also means knowing the theoretical basics of the activity: equipment, Archimedes, physiology, underwater fauna & flora, etc...

This training, accessible after your first dive, requires 5 dives, during which your instructor will lead you through a series of exercises enabling you to successfully complete this first level!

Once you've passed the course, you'll receive your precious passport at home: an international "diving permit", valid for life, enabling you to prove your level in any diving club in the world.

We'll also give you a "logbook" on which you can write down each of your dives. You'll be able to look back on each of your dives, but also justify your diving experience to other clubs.

Getting your Level 1 means starting your diving life!

The entire Nature Essentielle team will be delighted to welcome you aboard our boat, INDEPENDANCE, to train you and give you the means to pass your first diving level.

Departing from the Port du Béal in Cannes Mandelieu, we'll head for the Bay of Cannes.
