Welcome to our sumptuous 2-bedroom apartment with terrace and private parking, located on the 3rd and top floor, offering unobstructed views over the city and just a few steps from downtown Monaco.

You can easily explore the Principality on foot and enjoy its many points of interest. Ideal for 4 adults, but able to accommodate 4 adults + 2 children, the apartment is fully equipped and air-conditioned, with a beautiful terrace, two double bedrooms and a privileged location, ideal for discovering Monaco and the surrounding area. Private parking is also available.

Located 50 meters from Monaco and the train station, this fully renovated 47m2 apartment is sure to please. Located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator), it enjoys a commanding view over Monaco and absolute peace and quiet for your evenings out.

Our two tastefully furnished bedrooms are equipped with comfortable hotel-quality beds, while the double sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space. Each room is air-conditioned for your comfort. You'll also enjoy a terrace with a breathtaking view, creating the ideal setting for unforgettable family moments.

A supermarket is just a few steps from the apartment, making your daily shopping a breeze. The fully equipped kitchen with oven, large fridge, induction hob, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine is ready to welcome you. Coffee capsules will also be provided for your first day.

Other facilities include a dishwasher, tumble dryer and walk-in shower, as well as shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer and iron. Toilets are separate for added convenience.

The two quietly located bedrooms with windows are furnished with queen-size beds. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. You'll also find a large-screen TV, WIFI connection and two USB sockets in each room.
