This first-floor one-bedroom apartment benefits from having the best location in Antibes for experiencing the hustle and bustle of the Old town.

It is on Cours Massena and from the balcony you have a great view of the fabulous produce market. The Picasso museum is through the archway of the Ramparts across the road. In the mornings walk the 30 steps to the boulangeries for croissants and have an unbeatable breakfast on the balcony watching the market activity.

The apartment benefits from being double aspect so is light and airy throughout, unusual in the old town.

The large bedroom has full length fitted wardrobes, a portable air-conditioning unit and overlooks a quiet pedestrian street. The bathroom has bath and shower, and there is a separate WC. A comfortable sofa turns into a double bed in the living area.

There is satellite TV with news and entertainment channels in English and free WIFI internet access.

It is a couple of hundred meters to the beach, a lovely 4-minute stroll past cafes and restaurants and through the arch of the ‘Ramparts’ and past some of the ‘smaller’ yachts of the marina.
