The apartment, by the sea, has a large balcony of 15m2 equipped with a dining area and 2 sunbeds. The living room, kitchen and bedroom have direct access to the balcony. Many closets provide ample storage space.
The building has 2 accesses, one on the beach (one road to cross), the other towards the city. These accesses are secure (key + access code).
A guard, present every day, is available for any information and can be reached in case of problem.
The parking lot is a closed box ( 5m x 2m50 x 1m90), located in a garage with secure access.
Essential cleaning products and toilet paper are provided.
A set of towels (small, large and bath linen) is available to each traveler as well as a bed set (sheets + pillowcases) for each bed occupied for for the duration of the stay.
Several shops nearby, including an excellent bakery in front of the building. Count 15 min. walk from the old town and 13 min. from the city halls where you can do your market every day except Mondays.
The Tourist Office is 8 min. on foot and a bus stop nearby allows you to get to Nice Airport, but also all the coastal cities, including Monaco. Menton train station is 9 min. walk from the building. Rent all vehicles in the immediate vicinity.
