The «La Canopée» apartment is a superb 2-room apartment completely refurbished in January 2020 to create a warm and green atmosphere that can accommodate up to 4 people. Less than 2 minutes (98 m) from the beach on foot.

It's ideally located in the heart of the city center, but doesn't suffer from noise pollution thanks to its set-back position from the main roads. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to travel light. It opens onto the tastefully decorated living room with a large, comfortable sofa bed, sideboard, flat-screen TV, free broadband Internet access, and 2 large windows overlooking a charming little courtyard.

Bathroom with brand-new walk-in shower. Linen, hairdryer and welcome booklet (must-sees, culinary highlights, anecdotes) provided free of charge.

The neighborhood offers plenty of parking (mostly free), with all shops at the foot of the building: supermarket, delicatessen, butcher/roaster, bakery, market, pizzeria, restaurants, bus stops (50 m to the airport), train station 700 m away: ideal for vacations with family or friends.
