A terrace allowing you to enjoy our beautiful days and evenings on the French Riviera. A swimming pool is available to cool you down and soak up the sun. Welcome to your holiday apartment, air conditioned, ideally furnished and equipped to provide the comfort of 2 people for a short or long stay.
The year-round swimming pool is at the ideal temperature from May to September inclusive.
The private terrace is comfortably furnished and sunny with an electric awning.
Located in a wooded area of pines and quiet, in a luxury residence, it is only 5 minutes from the city center and the beach of Menton, 15 minutes from Italy and 25 minutes from Monaco.
