Meeting with the MALTAE association
• From 4pm to 6pm - Discussion on 30 years of work on water, visit to the exhibition on the mills along the Gapeau river.

Saturday 27 September
Walking conversation along the Gapeau from Hyères to La Crau
• From 9.30am to 5.30pm - From the mouth of the Gapeau in Hyères to the confluence with the Réal Martin in La Crau. Urban, rural and forest walking tour in the coastal area with a lunch break at the Plan du Pont eco-site (packed lunch). Organised by the MALTAE association.
Information:
Participants are expected to arrive at 9 a.m. at the car park located along the Gapeau river in Hyères, Route de Nice, before the Arnaud Beltrame roundabout in Hyères.
Please wear suitable footwear and bring a picnic - Group of 30 people max.

Sunday, 28 September:
Bus tour of the Gapeau river basin
• From 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. - Bus tour focusing on water issues from the mouth of the Gapeau in Hyères to its source in Signes. Organised by the MALTAE association and attended by Georges Olivari, hydrobiologist.
• 4:00 p.m. - Lecture by Philippe Maurel, hydro-speleologist, on the sources of the Gapeau and the karsts of the Sainte-Baume massif at the Tiers lieu in the hamlet of Montrieux.
• 5pm - Friendly aperitif around the exhibition Eaux et Fontaines du Var (Waters and Fountains of the Var) by Odile Jacquemin (MALTAE) and debriefing discussion at the
Tiers lieu in the hamlet of Montrieux.

The public is expected to meet at the Hyères SNCF train station car park at 9am (return at 7.30pm)
Open to all - Please wear suitable footwear and bring a picnic. Maximum group size: 50 people.

Association Les Amis de la Presqu’île de Giens (APG)
• 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. - Tour: ‘Reptiles and wetlands: a discreet but very present fauna!’ by the Station d'Observation et de Protection des Tortues et de leurs Milieux (SOPTOM).
• 11:30 a.m. - Brazilian waterweed, an invasive exotic species - Tour and discussion led by the Syndicat mixte du bassin versant du Gapeau.
• 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. - Introduction to yoga in the great outdoors by Marion Verdeil from the Nâtha Yoga school.
• 3:00 p.m. - Nature tour by the League for the Protection of Birds (LPO)

- Workshops on the climate and biodiversity fresco by Biodiversité
et Plancton,
