Medieval village 40 minutes from Nice, Monaco and Italy, at the gates of the Parc du Mercantour and Turini. This completely renovated gîte offers very good services combining the charm of the old and the elegance of the contemporary . An ideal starting point for nature-hiking stays, but also for the leisure and services of the Côte d'Azur, Lucéram, a pedestrian and tourist village, is also endowed with numerous cultural riches. Remains of the medieval castle are to be seen. Also worth visiting is the Crèche museum, unique in the region, as well as the museum of old tools and local history. In December, many vacationers and visitors flock to the streets of the village to discover the different nativity scenes displayed here and there at the bends of the streets, from the smallest to the most imposing. For Christmas, the midnight mass is not to be missed with a living nativity scene, reflecting all the traditions of the village of yesteryear.

Communal gîte on the 1st floor of the old media library which can accommodate 6 people. Living room equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people (160x200), opening onto a spacious, covered terrace of 18m2. Open kitchen. 1 Bedroom with 1double bed (140x190). A small bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x190). Shower room, walk-in shower, separate toilet. Public car parks at different levels of the village.
