- The hotel residence features 47 rooms, including 2 rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility, spread over three floors and served by a period lift. Room sizes range from 15 m² to 29 m², offering layouts suitable for solo travellers, couples and families.
- Family rooms, consisting of two connecting rooms, comfortably accommodate 4 to 7 guests.
- All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a bathroom with WC, a safe, a television and Wi-Fi access. Some rooms also feature a hairdryer. Depending on the room category, accommodations offer a double bed, twin beds or multiple beds (up to 3 or 4). South-facing rooms enjoy, for some, views over the park, the century-old Lebanese cedar trees and, in certain cases, the sea.
