Villa for 6 people with all comforts 200 m from the beach

Come and enjoy a pleasant stay in our beautifully renovated house, just 2 steps from the beach and shops. The house is fully equipped for 6 people (fully-equipped kitchen: traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, plunger, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, hair dryer, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi fiber, cot, high chair, outdoor lounge with deckchairs).
Sleeping facilities include a bedroom on the ground floor with 1 x 160cm bed, a bedroom on the first floor with 1 x 180cm bed or 2 x 90cm beds, depending on the configuration requested, and an other bedroom on the fist floor with a 160cm bed. The bedding is new (sheets not supplied). Two bathrooms, two WCs. The living room features a large corner sofa and a dining room that can seat 6 to 8 people. You can also eat outside in the shade of our magnificent plane tree, grill your kebabs on the gas plancha, lounge on the deckchairs or take an after-beach shower to soak up the sun.

No problem parking your car: the space in front of the gate is reserved for you. All the shops you need are just a 2-minute walk away (supermarket, greengrocer, delicatessen, bakery, restaurants, tobacconist, souvenir shop, beach goods, etc.). The Friday morning market will delight you. The village of La Capte is lively and welcoming.
Due to allergic problems, pets are not allowed anymore.
The rental is non-smoking inside. Saturday to Saturday rental (for shorter stays, please contact us).

A concierge servie is available on site to welcome you and deal with all your requests.
