Simone, a woman of a certain age, looks at her life and chooses to change direction. She boards a train, alone, without a return ticket, determined to escape this life that no longer suits her.

Throughout her journey, Simone speaks to us, asks us questions, and makes us laugh. She meets unexpected, inspiring passengers. This train becomes a theater of doubt, choice, and freedom.

Through her and six other characters, we hear the voices of an entire generation of women—those who have for too long been silenced, confined to imposed roles, and kept waiting. And those who, one day, stand up and dare to say no.

This is an ode to emancipation, to inner strength, to that precious impulse that says, "It's time."
