This Mexican celebration, honored every year at the beginning of November – the same day as our event – invites us to honor life through remembrance and gratitude.
Inspired by this tradition and its vibrant symbols, we will create a day centered around grounding and movement practices, guided by Emine and Alma Musica (Roxane).
A 100% organic and vegan lunch will be shared, prepared with care and love to nourish the body and soul.
