Jürg Nänni "Art & Science" exhibition

Exhibition in partnership with the Association de soutien Jürg Nänni, Switzerland and in collaboration with the Kunsthaus Biel Centre d'art de Bienne (KBCB), Switzerland.

In addition to his visual works, Jürg Nänni has left a comprehensive theory of image perception, which he outlined in 2008 in the book Perception visuelle, published by Niggli. In it, he develops an original way of thinking about how our gaze interprets shapes, contrasts and colors, thus extending his plastic work into a demanding scientific reflection. The exhibition at the eac. also features a unique interactive installation: the "Kiosque des Couleurs", a touch screen that allows the public - adults and young people alike - to playfully explore Nänni's complex experiments in chromatic interactions.
