Founded by a food writer and a MOF chef (Meilleur Ouvrier de France, title awarded to France's leading craftsmen), the association offers fun, mouth-watering workshops all year round that aim to educate young and old alike: workshops to delight the senses at Nice's Libération market, and in a chef's private kitchen...
