The accommodation is located in a very quiet area, about fifteen minutes walk from the city center and the beaches, 3 minutes by car.

. Outdoor space
The dedicated outdoor space is approximately 450 m², it includes multiple spaces to relax as well as a swimming pool and a pétanque court.
Privacy is guaranteed in your dedicated space.
A gardener comes regularly to water and maintain.

. Whirlpool
The 3.00 ml x 5.00 ml pool has timed whirlpool seats.
The water is heated from mid-April to October.
Diving and jumping into the pool is prohibited due to the risk of injury, particularly on the seats.
Young children must be scrupulously supervised.
The pool specialist carries out a check and maintenance visit on Friday and Tuesday mornings.

Your accommodation has approximately 63 m², including 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a toilet and a shared technical area.
We have chosen noble materials with natural stone (Travertine) on the floor and wall in the shower, with solid wood for the skirting boards, doors and bathroom and kitchen furniture.

. Air conditioning
The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with automatic air conditioning adjustable by remote control.
It is recommended not to operate the air conditioning when the doors or windows are open. This approach is part of the preservation of our planet.

An android television in the living room is connected to the box, has the current ORANGE channels.

A Carrefour supermarket at the entrance to the city for major shopping and or a Carrefour Market close to the city center.
Less than a kilometer away on Avenue Georges Pompidou, you can get help with a SPAR grocery store (very practical). A few meters away is the Pharmacie du Preconil.
A hundred meters further along the seaside on Avenue de Lattre, you will find an excellent bakery and pastry shop "Laveissière".
Every Thursday morning a food market is easily accessible in the city center.
Every Monday and Friday morning, a small market is also organized 800 m from your accommodation on the bowling alley located on Avenue Jean-Mermoz.
On Friday morning, a global market is present on Place Jean-Mermoz in the city center.
A very pretty covered market open every day in the center of the pedestrian streets of Sainte-Maxime with fishmongers, butchers, greengrocers, etc.
