La Courtade, the longest beach on the island, is also close to the village.
La Courtade is the closest beach to the village, 15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by bike, and also the longest (approx. 1km). Facing north-east, this family-friendly beach offers alternating sand and pebbles, with coves to the east, where you'll be sheltered from the easterly wind. The eucalyptus forest lining the start of the beach spreads its essences and offers welcome shade on hot days.
Don't forget that you're in the heart of the National Park, and that you need to be particularly vigilant to ensure that the island and its seabed remain unspoiled.
