Two actors face off. One of them will play Abdel, almost fifty years old, consumed by an impossible grief. The other will play Mohamed, forever twenty years old.

Mohamed, a radicalized child murderer, returned from the dead after being shot by the GIGN. The two brothers find themselves face to face, years after this tragic massacre. They will relive their story, their journey, in an attempt to unravel its threads and reveal all its facets.

As an aside, the actors who play them will ask themselves how monsters and heroes are created. What is a monster? What is a hero?

The Figure of the Hero is receiving a creative residency at the TFG/Pôle Nice Théâtre et Arts Vivants for the 25-26 season.
