Enclosed property located 2 km from the center of the village of Colomars offering a beautiful view of the Nice hills and offering access (with opening times) to an UNheated swimming pool open all year round (4.10m*8.50m) common to owners and tenants of another Gîte. Gite on the ground floor of the owners' villa also including another gîte (6269).
