This Provençal house, in the style of the country, will satisfy you with its ideal location in the heart of the AOC vineyard of Bellet. Paid visits possible to the areas on request. Ask the owner for information. Walking trails are located near the gîte and will allow you to discover all the richness of the landscapes, flora and practice walking. The proximity of the sea (10 km) and the mountains so close will delight young and old!

Gîte located on the ground floor of the owner's house : Entrance via the ground floor to the living room (decorative fireplace, LCD sat TNT TV, Hi-fi). Equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, extractor hood, freezer).
1 Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190).
1 Bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (90x190).
Bathroom with separate WC. Large terrace of 60 m² (access possible via a bedroom), covered barbecue. Common/owner courtyard. Covered and secure shelter/1 car. Charges included. On request in addition : Cleaning package (40 euros) and rental. sheets (6/12 euros/bed), bathroom/house linen rental (12 euros/pers.). Tourist tax extra.
