La Tulipe

“Esprit Loft” stay on the hills of the Nice region. The large bay windows offer direct immersion into this beautiful terraced property surrounded by oaks, chestnut trees and olive trees. The common swimming pool, open all year round, is shared between the 4 Gîtes in this area. The Gîte "Tulipe" is located on the ground floor of one of the villas (Gîte n°6301 La Rose).
20 minutes from Nice, Bendejun offers the authenticity and charm of small villages typical of the South. Perched on the heights of the Paillon valley between Contes and Coaraze, numerous paths will delight hikers and mountain bikers.

Duplex gîte with independent access via a slight slope and a few stairs. Ground floor :
Entrance via private terrace to dining area and equipped kitchen.
Lounge area with sofa bed for 2 people (140*x190) (access via a few steps). 1st level :
Open bedroom on the mezzanine with 2 single beds that can be combined to form a large double bed of (160x200).
Shower room with toilet Electric heating/air conditioning. Charges included. Baby cot and high chair available on request. End of stay cleaning, extra bed linen and toiletries on request. Private parking in enclosed property.
Shared: Swimming pool (10.5m x 4.5m open all year round but NOT heated), pétanque court, ping-pong table MAX capacity of 3 adults OR 2 adults and 1 child.
