Independent entrance by stairs (20 steps). Private paved sea view terraces (30 m² and 200m²) with blinds. Living room with a sofa bed. Open kitchen (oven, hood, freezer, etc.). 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190). 1 Bedroom with 2 electric single beds that can form 1 160cm bed, adjoining terrace via 2 steps (barbecue). Bathroom with fairly large 90 angle shower. & WC. Private parking/1 car. Available: books, board games. Winter energy (EDF & electr. heating: 0.25 E/KWH + water). Linen sheets on request. Baby equipment on request.
A cleaning fee of 80 euros per stay will be requested in addition to the rental, because too many people forget to clean the premises when leaving.
