Le Faventia, the hotel’s gourmet restaurant, will delight fine palates with its refined and inventive offerings, delicately inspired by the seasons and by the region of Provence and its local produce.

Inspired by Mediterranean flavours, our brand new Chef Christophe Schmitt, draws inspiration from seasonal produce and supports a team passionate about food. From Moulin de Callas olive oil to goats’ cheese produced by the Montéiro family, he meticulously chooses the best that nature has to offer. He creates colourful and flavoursome dishes, taking a playful approach to textures and daring combinations of authentic and exotic flavours.
