Chef Ljubo Stanojevic, of Yugoslav origins and born in Belgium, took to the stove at Manoir de l'Etang after experience in gourmet restaurants as well as as Executive Chef in large hotels.
The basis of Ljubo's cuisine is fresh and seasonal products, preferably local.
On the menu you will discover traditional and sometimes revisited dishes such as homemade foie gras with tomato chutney, sea bream carpaccio with yuzo and coconut milk, rack of lamb and the essential beef fillet.
Homemade desserts include chocolate fondant, crumble or pavlova.
