Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with dressing room, shower room and roof terrace offering sea views.

The guest house comprises one bedroom, a living/dining room with kitchen, a shower room and a WC.

The bedding is new, the décor is tasteful and each bedroom has a wardrobe. The beds are made on arrival and towels and household linen are provided.

Ideally located, this family villa is in the Beauvallon estate in Grimaud, 300 metres from sandy beaches and 300 metres from the golf course, a 6-minute walk away.

The seaside cycle path takes you to Port Grimaud (market every Thursday and Sunday) in 8 minutes, Sainte-Maxime (boats departing for the islands) in 15 minutes and St Tropez in 30 minutes!
