Le parc du séminaire

Parc du Séminaire, a new nature area inaugurated on Saturday, January 10, 2026, located at impasse Barbesant, between voie Ritondale and the Gare district.

This wooded setting of over 6,000 m² has been designed as an intergenerational space for well-being, nature and social interaction.

The main features of the park :

Two children's play areas (3-6 years and 6-12 years) with access for children with reduced mobility.
Sports equipment for adults
A petanque court
Comfortable, modern street furniture
Planted areas: dry meadow, Mediterranean flower and shrub beds, 35 new trees
A green amphitheater with wooden stage
A community center
Amenities: "guinguette" lighting, pedestrian access, video surveillance, self-cleaning toilets.
