Nathathaï and Jeff, renowned restaurateurs in Toulon with their flagship establishment ‘Le Nathathaï’ in Le Mourillon, were chosen by the previous owners to take over Le Pavillon Thaï. It was a natural decision, given their expertise and passion for Thai cuisine. Originally from the same region as the previous owners, Nathathaï and Jeff felt an immediate connection with the place and its history.
