Close to the Cimentier wreck, the sec de la Jaume Garde is a great dive for Level 1 and above.
Diving sheltered from the wind, and in this area, there often is. The site is small, but the sec de la Jaume Garde is very, very big and there's room for everyone.
Numerous very massive rocks, almost a succession of small, visible secs. Congers, moray eels, sars and castagnoles by the hundreds... If you're lucky, you might even spot a school of barracuda, dentex and grouper. But you're also guaranteed to come across moray eels and conger eels, or to be greeted by sauper eels, girelles and other grey breams...
The fixed fauna is extremely varied, with sponges, gorgonians, red coral and anemones coloring the rocks. A superb spectacle for underwater photography enthusiasts.
