“Les 4 Vents” is a 3-floor villa. It stands at a quiet location in a residential district, 2.5 km from the centre, and 2 km from the beach.

You'll have private use of a 680 m² enclosed garden with a lawn and flower gardens, and a kidney-shaped swimming pool fitted with a safety alarm (7x5 metres, depth 30 to 180 cm, from 1st April to 31st October).

Petanque pitch and parking space within the garden. 2 km from a food shop and other shops, a restaurant, and the sandy “Grand Boucharel” beach, and 8 km away from a scuba-diving centre. Marina 2.5 km away.
