We are three actors and a musician; and we have taken on great works of literature: Don Quixote, The Iliad, Wuthering Heights, Jane Eyre, The Metamorphosis, Germinal, The Arabian Nights, Dracula, In Search of Lost Time, and many more.
Les Grandes Histoires is a theatrical and musical experience that we are conducting: if a story only exists through the importance that the storyteller and the listener have chosen to give it, it is because it resonates in each of us differently, and it challenges our sensibilities.
But if telling a story is a bit like telling one's own story and revealing one's true nature; are we not, ultimately, writing the most beautiful of great stories: our own?
