Beautiful 65 m2 apartment facing the port of Santa Lucia, completely renovated for maximum comfort. It is very bright and has a large sunny terrace of 20 m2 with an incredible sea view.

Private parking Secure residence. You're just a 5-minute walk from small coves, crystal-clear water and the customs path with its magnificent panoramas. This air-conditioned accommodation is perfect for a tourist stay and enjoys an extraordinary location facing the sea. You'll have all the comforts you need for an ideal stay.
It comprises
- living room with sofa bed (160x200), 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV, dining area;
- a fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric griddle and all cooking utensils.
- a first bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm);
- a second bedroom with 2 single beds for 2 people (80x190cm);
- a bathroom with walk-in shower and towel dryer;
- separate toilet;
Please note that linen and towels are not included, and will be offered as an optional extra when you book (€20/person).
- Swimming pool in the residence open in season from June to September.
The following facilities are available during your stay: Swimming pool, Parking, Hairdryer, Wifi with Fiber, Television with Tv Bouygues , Umbrella bed and baby chair available.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest.
