Magnificent flat Les Pins, 5 minutes walk from the sea and the beach. Completely renovated and air-conditioned, this very bright 3-room apartment offers very good facilities and can accommodate 6 people. It is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist apartment. You will appreciate the large fully equipped kitchen overlooking the pine trees, the terrace and its electric plancha to share convivial moments.
The kitchen is open on a large and bright living room, the sofa is very comfortable and you will enjoy a free wifi access and smart TV.
The flat is close to everything and you can do everything on foot. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes walk from the shops in the port.
The flat has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The living room has a large sofa bed.
The bathroom has a bluetooth mirror for listening to music.
The flat is very well equipped and all appliances are new (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and nespresso ...)
You will appreciate the proximity of the beach at 5 mn as well as the relaxing area of Pesquiers in the shade of the pines.
